Six players offered deals

The club are in discussions with six out-of-contract players over new deals for next season.

Goalkeepers Stuart Taylor and Jonathan Henly, midfielder Lawson D'Ath and young defenders Nick Arnold, Shane Griffin & Matt Partridge are all in talks to stay at Madejski Stadium and we will look to conclude new deals with them as soon as possible.

The contracts of Noel Hunt, Ian Harte, Nicky Shorey, Simon Church and Jay Tabb will not be renewed, and the club would like to thank them for their contribution to our success in recent times. Every one of those five players will be fondly remembered for their professionalism, diligence and service to the club.

Out-of-contract Joseph Mills has been at Burnley on a season-long loan, and under the terms of last summer's agreement with the Clarets he has triggered an automatic transfer to Turf Moor.

Also departing with our best wishes are youngsters Charlie Losasso, Angus MacDonald, Josh Webb and Brett Williams.
