There may be a tough task ahead for the Royals, but Jem Karacan has promised supporters that the squad will be giving it everything for their final four fixtures of the season.
The Sky Sports cameras descend on Madejski Stadium this Sunday for a clash with QPR, and the Academy product is predicting an entertaining clash for viewers around the world.
"We just have to keep going, until its mathematically impossible for us to stay up we’ve got to give all we can,” said Karacan.
“The fans need to see that we are giving 110% and we need to get maximum points from these games. QPR have got great quality players, they’ve spent a lot of money and have a great manager in Harry Redknapp. It’s always going to be a tough game, we always have good encounters with them and I’m sure it’ll be a good one for everyone watching.”
Karacan lead the field in terms of passing stats at Carrow Road last weekend, completing 53 of his 59 attempted passes – more than any other player on the pitch.
“It’s a confidence thing, we’ve changed our style of play and its given us a license to go out and enjoy ourselves. I think that was the most I’ve passed the ball for a long time. That way of playing I’ve always liked it and enjoyed it, it’s nice to have a fresh way of thinking.”
