Mikele Leigertwood is determined that the Royals put things right on Sunday and get a positive result in West London.
'Ledge' was on the scoresheet for the second match in a row - but the midfielder's attention is firmly on bouncing back this weekend.
"Arsenal are a good side and if we don't do the stuff that we're good at, then we'll get punished - unfortunately that was the case in the second half," he said.
"We approached it in a positive way and that was evident from the start but we were probably too naive towards the end.
"We'll be back into training after we've had a couple of days off and we have to make sure we put it right on Sunday."
Queens Park Rangers are Reading's opponents - a former club of Mikele's - and he's confident that the Royals can yield a similar result to the 3-2 League Cup win at Loftus Road in September.
"It's going to be a test and we've shown time and time again that we can bounce back. There's no reason why we can't go and get a positive result on Sunday.
"It's totally different to when I was there. They've spent a lot of money over the summer but things aren't clicking for them. But we're not worried about them - we focus on ourselves.
"Every game is a big game so we'll approach it in a positive manner as we always do and I'm sure we can get a result."
