On Saturday Tadley Calleva under-12s side combined supporting the Royals with some football training of their own.

The team, managed by Phil Young, took advantage of our 'Matchday Magic' package which allows teams to train in the dome with our Community Trust coaches before watching Royals in action at Madejski Stadium.

Ross, Callum, Jack, Connor, Tom, Fraser, Ben, Chris, Alexander, Tom, Charlie, Josh, Ross and Sean all had a fantastic day!

Tadley Calleva finished as runners-up in their league last year! After promotion last year, it is proving to be a tough season so far for them, but a coaching session with the Royals can only improve their performances on the pitch.

They went on to watch the Royals fight back to earn a draw with Ipswich, hitting the woodwork twice and being denied a certain penalty! An eventful day for the youngsters!

The Matchday Magic package is open to all sides between the under-7 and under-14s stage.
