Gallery: Academy award winners

Before Saturday's game with Barnsley, the Royals presented awards to three Academy players. From left to right on the first photo, Grant Smith won the Steve Death Memorial Trophy for an oustanding goalkeeper, Jordan Obita won the Maurice Edelston Award for an outstanding schoolboy and Gary Frewen shared the Maurice Evans Award as an outstanding scholar with Clovis Kamdjo. Clovis was unable to attend as he is at Cheltenham Town on work experience.

In addition, we presented 13 new scholars who join full time in the summer: Nicholas Arnold, Lawson D'Ath, John Goddard, Kynan Isaac, Charlie Losasso, Nicholas Lyskov, Angus MacDonald, Trevor Mutero, David Nwaogu, Frankie Raymond, Gozie Ugwu, David Murphy and Carl McHugh.
