*When buying in advance, prices for adult, 17-21 and 65 & over seats are £2 more per ticket for non-Member Card holders. But, signing up for a Member Card costs only £2 adults, £1 concessions, so it is worthwhile signing up - this can be done by phone, in person or online when you buy your tickets. This will enable you to save money on future purchases and means you build up Royalty Points toward future games. After our advance ticket cutoff, there is no price difference for Members and non-Members, and tickets can only be bought in person. Please check with the Ticket Office for cutoff times for games that do not kick off at 3pm or 8pm.

Bar 1871
The friendly relaxed atmosphere of Bar 1871 offers the perfect upgrade to a match ticket. Pub-style meals are available to purchase before the game, then watch the Royals in action from VIP balcony seats. Prices are £40 adults, £15 for 16 and under. These tickets must be purchased in advance and are not available on matchdays. To book call the Reading FC hospitality team on 0118 968 1010.

How to change your season ticket seat for a match
You can change your season ticket seat only if you are buying tickets for other people and you want to sit with them. The other people must have the required number of Royalty points for the game. Contact the Ticket Office at least seven days in advance of the match.

How to upgrade a concession season ticket
Contact the Ticket Office with the customer number on the concession Member Card. Pay the appropriate fee and this concession Member Card can now be used by an adult. Maximum three times per season.

Matchday reprints of cards/tickets
In line with our continual improvement programme we have recently made a change to our policy with regards to reprinting season tickets, Member Cards and match tickets on a matchday.

If your season ticket or Member Card has been mislaid please contact the Ticket Office in advance by emailing memberservices@readingfc.co.uk or telephoning 0844 249 1871. This should be done at least 48 hours in advance of the matchday.

Paper match tickets - Anyone forgetting their match tickets will have to wait until kick off for a reprint and in addition will have to complete a reprint request form giving the necessary details.

The credit/debit card used to book the tickets must also be produced. A reprint will only be done if the original ticket has not been used to enter the stadium. The reprint charge is £2 adults / £1 concession per paper match ticket.

Season tickets & Member Cards - Anyone forgetting their season ticket or Member Card is able to get a reprint, however you will be asked to wait until kick off has taken place. The card will be checked to ensure that no-one has entered the stadium with that Season Ticket / Member Card.

The current reprint charge is £2 adults and £1 concessions per card and the original card/s will be cancelled. The new card/s will have the same Customer Number as before. Your old card should then be destroyed.

Points
Please note that season ticket holders cannot use their Royalty Points to purchase additional tickets for home games.
