Kunle joined the Royals from Wolverhampton Wanderers in September 2007.

Vastly experienced, Kunle studied at St Mary's University College before going to Loughborough University to study his MSc in Sports Science.

His first job within sport was working with athletes at the Olympic Association, and he moved into football at Southampton in the 1990s under then-manager Dave Jones.

He then had nine seasons at Tottenham Hotspur, working under Gerry Francis, Christian Gross, George Graham, Glenn Hoddle, David Pleat and Jacques Santini. He then linked back up with Glenn Hoddle again at Wolves.
