Luke was appointed First Team Physio at the end of January 2010, stepping up from his position as assistant physio.

He has a wealth of experience in his profession, as well as a Masters degree from UCL.

After his academic training he began his sports career with Watford FC, and spent seven years at Vicarage Road, working his way through their Academy right up to the Head Physiotherapist position.

He was then Senior Physiotherapist at Premiership Rugby club Gloucester for three years before first coming to Reading in 2007.
