The Royals are set to be without Michael Duberry this weekend.

The defender came off against his former team Chelsea just before the half hour mark.

Physio Jon Fearn told readingfc.co.uk, "He has a groin strain, in the adductor muscle.

"We don't think he'll available for the Everton game this weekend.

"We'll give him every chance for the Bolton trip after that though."

Leroy Lita has missed our first two games through injury, and although he will not play this weekend, he is making good progress.

Jon said, "He is back doing light running.

"He hopes to be available toward the end of the month, all being equal."

Glen Little has been terribly frustrated by an ongoing achilles problem, but there has been encouraging news recently.

Jon told us, "His injection last week went very well, and he will see the specialist again to have another check.

"He is feeling perhaps the best he has done so far, so it's going well but it's only the first rung of the ladder."

Jon also confirmed Bobby Convey is back in full training, and there is more news on the Injuries & Bans page.
