Manager Steve Coppell says our 3-0 win at Wolves this week was the product of a real team performance.
The Royals went ahead as early as the fourth minute, and while we had plenty of defending to do, we came through admirably and ended Wolves' run of seven straight wins.
Steve told our online TV station Reading World, "Everybody delivered, everybody did their stuff out there.
"We knew we'd be asked serious questions by Wolves, you just had to look at the way they'd steamrollered teams beforehand. We had to play well to get a result.
"The early goal calmed us and meant they had to up the tempo. We coped well and stood up against them, we looked well-organised and disciplined.

"In fairness they had Iwelumo out then Jarvis and Kightly got hamstrings so their attacking potential was limited. They had to gamble, and we had the ability to take advantage."
It was our first away victory of the campaign, and 674 of our travelling supporters saw arguably our best win on the road since beating Manchester City 2-0 way back in February 2007.
Steve said, "It's been a burden. You start thinking stupid things and trying to create a home atmosphere. When we came here three years ago we made the dressing room a blue cave with all our memorabilia on the walls.
"This time around we had nothing up, it just said 'home of the Wolves!' It looked bare but it spurred us on."
