'Bikey dances to a different drummer'
Steve Coppell admits that Andre Bikey 'dances to a different drummer' than most other players in English football - and the boss does not think he can get the defender to change his rhythm!
Bikey scored his third goal of the season against Doncaster on Tuesday, and once again put in an eye-catching performance with his ability on the ball and calm nature.
And while Coppell continues to be anxious about one or two aspects of the 23-year-old's play, he does not think there is much chance of him changing his approach.
Steve said, "Andre plays Cameroonian football sometimes, which can be out of place in the Championship. You look at him sometimes and he's got so much time...and he makes sure he uses every second of it!

"I think we might have mentioned it occasionally to him(!), but he is the way he is. It's trying to reverse a 20-odd-year upbringing. He just dances to a different drummer."
Bikey has been named as the Royals' ambassador for Kick It Out's One Game, One Community week of action initiative this month, with activities at Saturday's QPR game.
The defender has played 8(+1) games in all competitions this season, scoring three times - against Doncaster, Wolves and Sheffield Wednesday.
Since moving to Reading from Spartak Moscow, Andre has made 37(+16) appearances, scoring seven goals.
