Liam Rosenior was absolutely delighted with our win at Bristol City on Saturday - but says the most important thing is to back it up by beating Derby this coming weekend.
The Royals were in scintillating form at Ashton Gate, and never looked like losing in a game that was completely one-sided from start to finish.
We had played well but been beaten in our previous two away matches at Preston and Burnley, and this time the performance got the result it deserved.
Liam said, "We've been delighted with the last few performances, but when you don't get what you deserve from games then mentally you can go under. That's why this was a great performance mentally from us.

"The front two were superb - both with and without the ball. We got our passing going in behind them, and I thought fully deserved the win in the end.
"Harps said in the week that someone would get a hiding - we've got international players and lots of lads who proved themselves in the Premier League.
"We're upset we're down here but the only way out is to play like that and do it every single week.
"On saying that, it's only three points - now we need to make sure we get another three against Derby in the next game."
Stern John scored an injury time consolation for the Robins, and there were loud shouts for offside, with Liam commenting, "I thought it was offside but it's gone - and let's talk about the positives, the fact we won and played so well."
Rosenior got a decent reception as he returned to the club where he started his career, and said, "City is a fantastic club and it's great to see them do so well. I left on sad terms but they've done so much for me.
"There was some clapping at the end - I'm not sure if it was for Doyler or for me - but I wanted to show my appreciation and gratitude."
