Marcus Hahnemann has pinpointed full back duo Chris Armstrong and Liam Rosenior as key players in Monday night's 3-1 home win over Coventry City.

Both of our defenders were resolute in defence and forceful in attack, with Rosenior picking up Sky's official man of the match award on the night.

Chris and Liam had to deal with Coventry's unforseen 3-5-2 line-up, but handled any threats and the Sky Blues lacked potency, especially in the second half.

Marcus said, "Liam and Stretch really had great games.

"City had lined up differently and tried to stop us going over the top, but we countered that by our full backs playing so well and really affecting the game.

"They had lots of ball and just look at the way they played. We were dangerous out wide, scored two from the right and Jimmy was a handful once again.

"It was a great win, we didn't start great but the reaction was unbelievable, really tremendous.

"Going behind we could have dropped our heads but we came out and actually played better.

"After this we still can't look too far ahead. I remember the year we went up we never did that, it's easier mentally and otherwise you're worrying about things you can't control."
