Henry aims to build on League debut
Winger James Henry made his full League debut for the Royals at home against Blackpool on Tuesday - and he is determined to stay in the team now.
The 19-year-old started in place of our suspended right winger Jimmy Kebe, and he put in a very solid display as we edged to a 1-0 victory.
The former Waingel's Copse schoolboy now aims to build on his first start with another performance against Norwich this weekend - a team he had a loan with last season.
He said, "I will do as much as I can in each game to keep my place - and if that's good enough then fantastic. The competition here makes each player want to do better.

"It was fantastic for me to start on Tuesday night and, more importantly, the team got the three points. We started off playing some great football and causing problems but when they went a man down it changed.
"It wasn't pretty all the time but it was one of those when a good team doesn't play well but wins."
He continued, "Reading haven't had many lads coming through the system, Nathan Tyson and Darius Henderson were probably the last ones. Now there's a group with Alex Pearce, Scotty Golbourne, myself and Jem Karacan all coming through at the same time.
"We have a good squad and some of the youngsters coming through this year have done tremendously well."
