Steve Coppell is in the running for the Championship's Manager Of The Month award for December.

Steve helped the team take five wins and two draws out of their seven fixtures during the month, including the stunning 3-1 away win over Birmingham.

Also in the running for this month's award are Mick McCarthy, Neil Warnock and Dave Jones.

Wolves have so far won three, drawn one and lost one this month, and they face Blackpool this Monday evening.

Palace won four, drew one and lost one while Jones' Cardiff are the only other unbeaten side, having won four and drawn two of their Championship fixtures.

The winner will be announced on Sky Sports News this Thursday 1st January at just after 12:20pm.
