Royals midfielder Stephen Hunt has been nominated for the Football League's Powerade player of the month award for December.
The Irish ace has been shortlisted alongside Jay Bothroyd (Cardiff), Jason Scotland (Swansea City) and Patrick McCarthy (Crystal Palace).
The winner will be announced on Sky Sports' Big League Weekend 2 which goes out at 6pm on Monday 12th January.
Hunty maintained his 100% starting record in the league during December, starting all seven games as the Royals enjoyed an unbeaten month.
He scored one goal - from the penalty spot against Norwich - and also helped create goals including a superb free kick for Kevin Doyle's header in the 3-1 win at Birmingham.
