Reading defender Scott Golbourne has signed for Oldham Athletic on loan.
Golbourne, 20, signed forms at Boundary Park at Monday lunchtime after training with his new teammates.
Scott joined Reading in January 2006 from Bristol City, and has made 3(+2) appearances in a hooped shirt, including a Premier League start at Bolton last season.
He has also enjoyed loan spells with both Wycombe Wanderers and AFC Bournemouth, taking his career total games to 60(+8) and one goal.
The Royals now have six players out on short-term loans. Graeme Murty played 55 minutes for Charlton in a 4-1 loss at Sheff Wed before succumbing to injury.

Alan Bennett and Ben Hamer (season loan) were in action for Brentford as they drew 1-1 at home to Notts County.
Tom Hateley and Daniel Spence played their last games for Basingstoke and Woking respectively. 'Stoke also have our Academy players Kelvin Bossman and Ross Kietteridge on work experience and they drew 0-0 with Bognor Regis - who used another of our Academy players Jahson Downes as sub, having signed work experience terms there last week.
Scott Davies got another 90 minutes for Aldershot in a 1-1 home draw with Macclesfield, and Emerse Fae lined up for Nice in a 2-0 win over Auxerre. The Cote D'Ivoire international will move to the French club permanently in the near future.
