Young centre forward Simon Church has signed a month-long loan deal with League One side Leyton Orient.
The striker, 20, made his Reading debut in the FA Cup earlier this season, and will hope to further his development with a spell at the Matchroom Stadium.
Church, a regular for Wales' under 21s, has already enjoyed a number of loan spells, playing 21(+8) games for Crewe, Yeovil and Wycombe Wanderers.
Orient are currently 19th in League One, and he will line up with former Reading man Dean Morgan for Geraint Williams' side.
He will go straight into the squad for their trip to Hartlepool this coming weekend.
Williams said, "He is a young man with international experience and he has done very well for Wales under-21s.
"Simon scored three times in their play-off matches against England and he will bring quality to our attacking options.
"He is a hard-working player who comes with a good endorsement from the Welsh under-21 manager Brian Flynn and it's great to have him on board."
Meanwhile, Academy forward Andrew White has moved to Croydon Town on work experience, and had a hand in one of their goals as they beat Kingstonian 2-1 on Monday night.
Earlier today the Royals confirmed they had recalled Michail Antonio from Tooting, and he will go into our reserve team to face Crystal Palace on Wednesday evening.
