James Harper was a happy man after helping the Royals to victory at Donxaster Rovers on Tuesday.

Harps played in a three-man midfield alongside Brynjar Gunnarsson and Marek Matejovsky, and enjoyed the new shape. "We are all buzzing! I am loving it - we played well.

"We had a different formation and with the way we played we had to pass it. We couldn't just lump it - and it worked.

"When you play with three in the middle you get the chance to express yourself more. We got the ball and played.

"I haven't enjoyed a game like that for about eight years! We actually passed from A to B instead of lumping it.

"At half-time we knew we were going to win - we never felt in trouble. Now let's just crack on and keep winning."
