Kevin Doyle says he is back to full fitness ahead of the play-off trip to Burnley this Saturday, kick off 5:20pm.
The Irish ace has been hampered by a knee injury for the last two months but he said, "I am 100 percent ready now.
"I'm available and fit, and have no pain in my knee for the first time in a few weeks. I always resigned myself to being fit for the play-offs, so anything else was a bonus."
Kevin is relishing his first involvement in the play-offs, enthusing, "I've never been involved in them so they are new to me. They are exciting and it's another chance for us to get into the Premier League and finish the season on a high.
"After the opportunities we had for automatic promotion throughout the entire year, this is really our third chance this season - it's up to us, it's in our hands.
"The last few months haven't been great for any of us, but it's a great chance to put that right.
"We fancy our chances of success - but so will Burnley, Sheffield United and Preston as well."
Kevin was exceptionally unfortunate not to get on the scoresheet when the Royals travelled to Burnley in October, a game won 1-0 by the hosts despite a dominant display from Steve Coppell's side on the night.
"I remember hitting the inside of the post, the crossbar, hit a shot wide and their keeper must have been man of the match for sure," the Irishman recalled.
"I don't know how he saved a header from Andre Bikey. Then they nicked a goal and it was a hard one to swallow.
"But we beat them at home and it will be close. They have showed in the cup they can turn it on in the big games."
