Youngster Michail Antonio was handed a boost when included in the Royals' 18-man squad for last week's play-off semi-final second leg at home to Burnley.
Antonio, 19, was signed from Tooting & Mitcham in late 2008, and spent a successful loan spell at Cheltenham in the latter part of the campaign.
Upon his return to Madejski Stadium, he impressed in training and made our 18-man party for the second leg, just missing out on a place on the bench.
Simon Church was handed a full debut on the night, playing 56 minutes in a right-sided forward role.
Antonio and the rest of the playing squad are no longer in training, and will return for pre-season at Hogwood Park at the end of June / start of July.
