Nick Hammond says the Club are placing no limits on the type of man we bring in as our next manager.

As our Director Of Football, Nick is leading the process of recruiting our new boss, and he will consider managers who are currently employed by other clubs, as well as candidates currently out of the game.

He said, "If you're only looking at an out-of-work manager then you are limiting yourself from the very beginning. We wouldn't want to do that.

"We'd like to do the whole process as soon as possible, but these days things can be difficult contractually and you have to talk to other clubs if that's a candidate you're looking at."

Chief Executive Nigel Howe last week said that the Club have had 'high-level interest' in the position from worldwide.
