The Royals' brand new 2009/10 season home kit will be unveiled at a special launch event at the Madejski Stadium Megastore on Saturday 11th July 2009.

Fans are invited to attend the event, which will run from 9am until 5.30pm, and view the brand new home strip for the very first time as players model the kit during the afternoon.

New Manager Brendan Rodgers will also be in attendance to meet fans as players pose for photos and sign autographs.

The new home shirt will be available to purchase on Saturday 11th July both in store and online via readingfcdirect - at the new reduced price of £35 for adult shirts and £25 for children's shirts.

As part of their benefit package, all season ticket holders will also receive an exclusive £10 discount voucher, entitling them to an extra saving on the new shirt. The voucher will be included in the first season ticket benefit letter which will be sent to season ticket holders the first week in July. That means adult season ticket holders can pick up a brand new shirt for just £25!

Young fans can take part in a number of fun activities on the day, with a speed cage and face painter based outside the Megastore.

The day will also celebrate the launch of the 2009/10 Young Royals membership. Young Royals will have the chance to see the exciting new membership pack and will be able to sign up on the day and take away their new pack.

All Young Royals who renew or join on the day and during July will be entered into a draw to win the chance to lead the Royals out as a mascot for the Royals' first home game on Saturday 8th August.
