Gylfi Sigurdsson has pledged to learn from the team's huge disappointment at Peterborough on Saturday.
The Royals were completely dominant in the first half, and raced into a 2-0 lead; Sigurdsson opening the scoring with a superb free kick then setting up Simon Church.
But the second half saw a total reversal of fortunes, and we ended up losing to George Boyd's injury time goal.
Sigurdsson said, "We were very good in the first half. We started the game really well, scored two and went in 2-0 up but we just never got going in the second half.
"We'll have to learn from it and start winning games now. We lost our concentration and our shape. We'll have a close look at it and will have to be better on Saturday.
"You could see from the first half we are improving but we have to do it for 90 minutes. We're working very hard but it's not going for us. We're learning the hard way, and with the way we are working in training it will definitely come."
