Man of the match Simon Church has vowed to continue notching up the scrappy goals, after scoring for the first time at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Welsh international bundled home an equaliser after good work from Gylfi Sigurdsson, and admitted that he was relieved to break his home duck.
"They are the goals you love, the spell I've been on I needed a goal and I didn't care how it came. I've been told that as soon as it goes over your head, follow into the 'keeper. It's one of those goals that I need to start scoring," said the 20-year-old.
"I was thinking before the game that I needed a goal at home and it was a great feeling to score."
'Churchy' came within a whisker of adding to his tally after Town 'keeper Asmir Begovic turned a rasping effort onto the underside of the crossbar with 15 minutes remaining.
"The 'keeper has pulled off an amazing save for the one that's hit the bar; I was ready to go off and celebrate, I can't do much more. I thought the tackle on 'Longy' was a stonewall penalty too, I can't believe he hasn't given it. It's the way things are going for us at the moment."
The former Wycombe Wanderers man will hope to take his goalscoring form into the international break, as he prepares to represent Wales at both under 21 and senior level.
"I've got Scotland at home for the first team and then I travel to Bosnia with the U21's. It's the highest level and it's a chance for me to show what I can do on the biggest stage, I'm going to take it as it comes."
