Mini Royals is an introduction to football for 5 - 7 year olds, run by our Community Trust coaches.

The coaching sessions help youngsters learn the rules of the game and the basic footballing skills.

All the sessions will be active and fun, and held within a secure, safe environment. All Reading FC professional coaches have been CRB checked and hold UEFA coaching qualifications.

And if the young footballers of tomorrow show promise, there will be opportunities for players to progress into Reading Football Club's elite structure.

The sessions will be held at the new 'Goals' centre on Woodlands Avenue in Woodley and will run on Saturday mornings, between 9.30am-11am. The coaching sessions cost just £5 per Mini Royal.

Development Centres postponed
In other Community Trust news, all of our Development Centres due to take place on Monday 11th January have followed the first team game in falling foul of the weather.

Centres in Sonning, Langley and Henwick have all been cancelled due to the weather conditions.
