The transfer window closed at 5pm on Monday, and the extension of three outward loan deals concludes our business for the month.
David Mooney has completed a switch to Charlton until the end of the season, while Mikkel Andersen will remain at Bristol Rovers until the end of the campaign. Young forward Mitchell Bryant also stays at Basingstoke until the start of May.
Manager Brian McDermott has brought in experienced trio Zurab Khizanishvili, Gunnar Thorvaldsson and Andy Griffin on loan during January, and is pleased to have added the best part of 800 games' worth of experience to his squad.
Brian said, "With Khizanishvili, Thorvaldsson and Griffin we've added a lot of games to the squad and it was important do that, it gives us that stability.
"And in terms of other loans we can still do something in February if we needed to."
The loan window is now closed for seven days until 9am on Tuesday 9th February. It then remains open until 5pm on Thursday 25th March, when it closes for the remainder of the season. Any loans agreed during that time must be emergency loans for a maximum of 93 days.
