A tricky winger, Bell-Baggie began his sporting career at Madejski Stadium at the tender age of nine years old, before moving away for a brief spell at Southampton. He returned to ply his trade in Berkshire in 2007 and has burning ambitions to force his way into the first team.
He moved one step closer to achieving this goal as Brian McDermott awarded the youngster a squad number for the first time in December 2009.
Late in the season he got his first professional experience on loan at Rotherham, and played at Wembley as the Millers were edged out in the League Two play-off final.
At the start of 2010/11 he made another loan switch to League Two, joining Port Vale in early August.
