Using your Reading Football Club Season Ticket/Member Card
For all remaining home games this season, supporters in the relevant areas will be able to pay with a mixture of card and cash on any transaction at participating Reading Football Club food outlets.

With immediate effect, supporters will no longer be able to top up their cards with cash, and are advised to use their card at remaining home games in order to run down account balances.

You can check your QuickPay cash balance at the QuickPay Balance Checker machines situated in the concourse.

Refunds
Any supporters who still have cash balances at the end of the season will be able to apply for a refund by completing a refund form. The usual £1 admin fee will be waived.

You are entitled to a refund of QuickPay cash stored on your card provided:
(i) Reading Football Club Limited has no reason to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities
(ii) Reading Football Club Limited is not prohibited from redeeming that stored value by any applicable law, regulation, court order or instruction or guidance of a competent regulatory authority.

If you wish to apply for a refund, you must download the refund form, complete it and mail it to Reading Football Club, Royals QuickPay Processing, Madejski Stadium, Junction 11 M4, Reading, Berkshire RG2 0FL.

Any refund payment amount will be paid to you by BACS transfer to your chosen bank account.

In the case of applications for refunds to Kiosk Cards, the Kiosk Card must be posted to the Reading Football Club along with the refund application form. To enable us to comply with our legal obligations, we may need to carry out checks to verify your identity before processing a refund request.

Refunds will be processed within one calendar month of Reading Football Club receiving your refund application.
