Illugason brace beats Robins

Posted on: Mon 14 Jan 2008

A brace from Icelandic striker Viktor Illugason sealed a 2-1 win for our under 18s at the weekend.

Illugason scored on 25 and 35 to give us the advantage over Bristol City at Hogwood Park.

Viktor had not scored since September, and was delighted with his double.

James Wilson scrambled home a goal for City with 20 minutes left, but we stood firm to take all three points; our first victory since 12th December.

Thomas Lyskov was on the bench as he steps up his comeback from a long-term injury.
