The Royals' under 18s were narrowly edged out 4-3 by Chelsea in their last FA Premier Academy League encounter.

Eamonn Dolan's boys went 1-0 up with a goal from Kelvin Bossman, but Fabio Borini levelled matters for the Stamford Bridge outfit.

Jordan Tabor made it 2-1 for the hosts, but we levelled once again through skipper Clovis Kamdjo.

Borini notched again for Chelsea, and Marko Mitrovic scored their fourth before our sub Jacob Walcott made it 4-3 and ensured a tight finish.
