Reading FC's coaches are currently running an Academy Of Football Studies course, and the team won their first ever game 1-0 against Exeter.
The course, which sees teenagers study and train full time at the John Madejski Academy, is in its first ever year.
22 boys and two girls are partaking in the course, including their Level One coaching badge and a level Three BTec qualification.
Games are an integral part of the course, and we played Exeter City in the Football Youth Conference.
Josh Poulter curled home the only goal from a free kick, a fantastic moment for all concerned.
