We would like to remind all supporters that we do not tolerate discrimination of any sort at the Club, on the pitch, or in the stands.

We take cases of foul, abusive or racist language very seriously and use CCTV cameras to investigate incidents, as well as employing undercover staff to identify culprits. Anyone found guilty of such behaviour will be ejected from the Stadium.

If you experience any form of discrimination, please help us to eliminate it from football by reporting the incident.

Please inform a steward immediately or contact the Customer Services department during the week on 0118 968 1211. There is also a National freephone number to report racial incidents on 0800 169 9414, whether at Madejski Stadium or at an away ground. We will treat your correspondence in strictest confidence.
