Imposing Danish under 21 international goalkeeper who has been with the club since January 2007.
He was the youngest ever goalkeeper in Denmark's top flight when he lined up for AB Copenhagen, and when we signed him there had been interest from clubs such as Juventus and Tottenham.
He was on the bench for our Carling Cup game at Swansea in 2007/8, and was loaned to both Torquay and Rushden. He was on the bench for out first team at the start of 2008/9 with Adam Federici away on Olympic duty, and then again later when Federici was out on loan.
He made his Football League debut in a one-match loan for Brentford, then kept his place on our bench again when Marcus Hahnemann was out injured before a short term switch to Brighton.
He really found his feet with a season-long loan at Bristol Rovers in 2009/10, winning their young player of the season award.
In the summer of 2010 he was named the best goalkeeper in the prestigious Toulon Tournament, and soon signed a new long-term contract with the Royals, before again moving back to Bristol on loan.
Continued his impressive international career by taking the number one spot for Denmark in the UEFA under 21 Championships in June 2011, a special moment for the youngster considering the tournament was hosted by in his home country.
And in the 2011/12 season he further committed himself to RFC by signing a contract to the summer of 2015.
