Liam Kelly is a highly-rated Royals youngster that is very capable of scoring the spectacular, having netted several top class goals during his time in the Academy.

Having been with the club since the age of eight, the pint-sized midfielder is quick, has good vision for a young player and a wide range of passes at his disposal.

He has represented his country Republic of Ireland at youth level and played an integral role within the U18s and U21s format.

During 2015/16, Kelly was loaned out to Bath City in the National League South where he scored several goals to help the Romans avoid the drop and finish in 14th place for the season.

Kelly thrived in preparations for the 2016/17 season and found himself on the scoresheet against Boreham Wood, scoring a well-taken free-kick, part of a 5-0 win for the Royals in the first game of pre-season.
