He told the Reading Post, "It was good everyone had 45, we got a lot of work under our belts. We had obviously left a lot on the training pitch on Monday, you could see that yourself.
"Now Friday is another game, we look forward to getting back to what we are good at, back to basics, set the team out more, and the more we get into these games the more our shape will come together and the more everybody will know what we're about. It's most important to me to get my team right and we've still got an awful lot to do.
"When go back we've got three more games in England. We'll probably go 60/30 on Friday, then Bournemouth 60/30 again, and after that more looking towards the Stoke game."
