Reading in the spotlight ahead of Saturday's game

The Royals have attracted a large amount of media attention ahead of this Saturday's clash with Southampton at Madejski Stadium.

This week, Sky Sports' Premier League World features both Garath McCleary and Chris Gunter at the London Car Museum as well as Chris' house. The show will be broadcast on Sky Sports One tonight and Sky Plus subscribers can record the show by clicking here.

BBC's Mark Clemmit, more commonly known as Clem, spoke to new boss Nigel Adkins this week in the training ground canteen (pictured above). The interview will be part of Football Focus, to be broadcast at 12.15pm on BBC One on Saturday.

There's also an interview with skipper Jobi McAnuff in the Daily Express - published in Saturday's edition while ITV Meridian's Sarah Gomme will also be live outside Madejski Stadium at 6pm tonight (Friday).

Between 2.30pm and 3pm on Saturday, immediately after the game, the boss will be on S4C’s Sgorio programme recalling his time at Bangor City, chatting to his ex-player Marc Lloyd Williams about their successes – and Subbuteo!

And of course, the Royals will have plenty of exposure over the weekend in local newspapers and media.
