Two changes for Bolton clash

Royals boss Nigel Adkins has made two changes to the side that earned a 2-1 opening day win against Ipswich Town last weekend.

Nick Blackman returns from a one-match suspension to start up front against Bolton in place of Adam Le Fondre, who drops to the bench.

And Jobi McAnuff replaces Hal Robson-Kanu in the starting eleven, reclaiming the captain's armband from Sean Morrison in the process.

Stuart Taylor, Adrian Mariappa and Hope Akpan all travelled with the squad and are supporting the side from the Reebok this afternoon, while Jordan Obita misses out on the trip having taken a place on the bench last weekend.

Reading line-up: McCarthy, Gunter, Bridge, Morrison, Pearce, Karacan, Guthrie, McAnuff (c), McCleary, Drenthe, Blackman.
Subs: Federici, Kelly, Gorkss, Williams, Robson-Kanu, Le Fondre, Pogrebnyak.

Bolton line-up: Bogdan, Baptiste, Tierney, Knight (c), Wheater, Kamara, Spearing, Lee, Pratley, Beckford, Ngog.
