Job Purpose: The main purpose of the job is to manage the Ticket Sales Operation at Madejski Stadium
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o To manage the day to day operation of the Ticket Office
o To develop all staff and match day workers within the Ticket Office
o To process all ticket sales either through the internet, by phone or in person
o To liaise with other departments to ensure the most efficient ticketing operation
o To monitor and report on all key performance indicators
o To liaise with all suppliers to the Ticketing operation
o To maintain appropriate systems for ticketing operations.
o To manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
o To ensure excellent customer service is delivered within the Club charter guidelines.
