Royals reach landmark

This Saturday’s clash with West Brom will see the Royals reach the quarter of a million mark for spectators watching Premier League football at Madejski Stadium this season.

An impressive 241,040 fans have passed through the turnstiles during the current campaign – a new club record for the opening ten league games of a season.

It surpasses the previous tally of 238,960 – set in the opening matches of our first top flight campaign in 2006/07.

Our home win over Everton also marked Madejski Stadium's record attendance for a single game - with 24,184 seeing our 2-1 victory.

Tickets are still available for this weekend's clash with the Baggies - to call 0844 249 1871, visit the Ticket Office in person or use www.readingfcdirect.co.uk.
