Season Tickets: Comparison

26 June 2013

Prices cheaper than five seasons ago

Time is running out to renew your season ticket for the 2013/14 if you haven't done so already! Deadline is this Friday, 28th June. After the summer acquisitions so far of Wayne Bridge, Royston Drenthe and Danny Williams, there is a lot of excitement around the place - and we think our prices give you value for money for several reasons, not least the price...

Compared to the only other season the Royals were relegated from the Barclays Premier League, the renewal prices this time around are significantly cheaper.

A total of £50 has been slashed on this year's adult renewal price since 2008/09, while for concessions and kids they are 15% and 17% cheaper respectively.

This is all despite the fact the general rise in inflation since 2008 - for example, the price of petrol has increased by roughly 8 pence since then.

Per game this season, it works out at just £16.30 for adults, £10 for concessions and £5.43 for 16 and Under - while for 2008/09 it was £18.48 for adults, £11.74 for concessions and £6.52 for kids.

We believe our prices a very competitive compared to our rival clubs.
