Taylor, Pearce, Hunt, Alfie in

The Royals make four changes for today's Barclays Premier League fixture against Everton at Goodison Park.

Goalkeeper Stuart Taylor makes his Reading debut, coming in for Adam Federici. Alex Pearce replaces Sean Morrison at centre back.

Following the suspension of Pavel Pogrebnyak, Brian McDermott has opted for strike duo Adam Le Fondre and Noel Hunt to lead the line.

Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard misses out for the Toffees.

Royals: Taylor; Kelly, Pearce, Mariappa, Harte; McAnuff, Akpan, Leigertwood, Kebe; Hunt, Le Fondre.

Subs: Henly, Gunter, Morrison, McCleary, Karacan, Robson-Kanu, Blackman.
