Getting to the Summer Party

The All Starz Party is coming up on June 1st - and there are a number of transport options for those attending.  

The stadium is open from 2pm and the concert ends at 10.30pm, there is a pre-show commencing at 2.10pm followed by the main show at 4pm opened by JLS. To make your visit as enjoyable as possible allow plenty of time for your journey. 
Public Transport
By train to Reading Station and shuttle bus direct  to the stadium – journey time 10 minutes. Reading is approximately 25 minutes from Paddington and is well served by trains from other local and national stations. The last train from Reading to Paddington station is at 12.03am (2nd June) arriving at 1.04am.

A shuttle bus service will run from the Old Bus Depot to the stadium, before and after the concert. To reach the Old Bus Depot you need to leave from the main entrance of Reading main station and then turn right  along Station Hill and it is 100 metres on the left hand side. The last bus will leave Madejski Stadium at 11.50pm. Special shuttle bus fares from Reading Station are: Adult return £4.00, and child return £2.50. 

For information on trains, contact National Rail Enquiries on 0845 748 4950. With 15,000 people going to the concert, the roads in the vicinity of the stadium will be congested at peak periods.Local radio stations for travel information are BBC Radio Berkshire 104.4FM, Reading 107FM and Heart 97.0FM.
Madejski Stadium car park may be pre-booked for this event.

Disabled car parking 
Please advise that you specifically required disabled car parking when phoning or emailing.  The price is also £8 per car.  

Park and Walk
Car parks local to Madejski Stadium  as below. Exit the M4 at junction 11.

Worton Grange, Imperial Way, off the A33, South Reading - open from 12 noon. 1000 Spaces – 14 minutes  walk.  Tariff: £8
Greyhound Stadium, off the A33, just north of Madejski Stadium  open from 12 noon. 800 Spaces – 10 minutes walk, Tariff: £8

Car parking in Reading Town Centre, then use the shuttle bus – see public transport above. By car from east and west of Reading. East - use M4 Junction 10 then A329M. West – use M4 Junction 12 then A4
