Season Tickets: Your questions answered

Got a question about 2013/14 season tickets? Read our FAQs below - and if you have a question that isn't here, then get in touch!

This page will be kept up-to-date to ensure that all relevant queries and questions we get in the Ticket Office are covered! If you have any other ticketing queries please do not hesitate to contact the Ticket Office team on or by calling 0844 249 1871.

Q: Are you still on sale for new season tickets?

A: Yes, you can purchase by contacting the ticket office on 0844 249 1871 or by visiting us in person. They are not available online. We have limited availability due to us being on sale for future league fixtures.

Q: Will you be selling half season tickets?

A: Yes, information will be released in the coming weeks. Please keep up to date with the website.
Q: I'm seventeen in October, but if I purchase a sixteen and under season ticket will I have to buy a 17-21 season ticket? I would have thought that this would be my last season ticket as 16 and under?

A: We take your age from August 1st. You’ll still be 16 – so you will still be able to buy a 16 and under season ticket!

Q: How can I purchase a season ticket through Zebra Finance?

A: This is no longer available this season.

Q: What happens if I lose my season ticket throughout the season?

A: Please phone the Ticket Office on 0844 249 1871 or visit the office and we will be able to replace your card. There is a £5 administration cost.

Q: Can season ticket holders upgrade their season ticket on a match by match basis?

A: Yes - for the 2013-14 season we will continue the policy of allowing season ticket holders to upgrade their season ticket a maximum of 3 times + evening games.

Season ticket holders can do this by phoning the ticket office on 0844 249 1871 or visiting the office and paying the appropriate upgrade fee. Supporters are advised to do this in advance of match day to avoid match day queues.

Q: I wish to transfer my Season Ticket (name change) to a friend or family member, can I do this?

Yes. Your request must be submitted in writing, advising of the following information:
•    Your name, customer number, address, contact details (email and contact telephone number) and date of birth.
•    The name, any existing customer number, address, contact details (email and contact telephone number) and date of birth of the supporter to which the Season Ticket is to be transferred.

Upon receipt of this information, we will transfer the season ticket in to the new supporter’s name. Any loyalty points accrued on your account will be retained by you, they are not transferable. Any loyalty points attributed to the new sale will be awarded to the new season ticket holder, as appropriate.

Your letter can be sent to Reading Football Club Ticket Office, Madejski Stadium, Junction 11 M4, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 0FL, emailed to or hand delivered to the Ticket Office at the stadium.
