Hal ready for RoversHal Robson-Kanu says the Royals will be more than prepared for tomorrow's game against Gary Bowyer's Blackburn Rovers.
The Welsh winger provided an excellent assist in midweek, as his country drew 1-1 with Finland, and was in a buoyant mood when speaking to the local press on Thursday afternoon.
"We're sixth in the table and we can still improve, which speaks volumes," he told BBC Radio Berkshire. "If we keep doing what we're doing and cut out little things, we'll definitely be up and amongst them. We've conceded a few late goals this season so if we take them out of the way we'd be a lot higher up.
"It will be a good game up there, hopefully we can get the three points. It's always about what we can do but we're aware of the opposition, their strengths and weaknesses. We'll be more than prepared."
Nigel Adkins has had to contend with several injuries so far in this campaign, but Hal believes a strong squad - and with young players like Jordan Obita coming through - will be important to our success.
"Sometimes it's down to a bit of bad luck but that happens to squads in football. We're a strong squad and we've got players who can perform week in week out, whatever the team.
"Everyone has been aware of his (Jordan's) capabilities, It's fantastic to see another player come through the Academy - that's what we all want to see so long may that continue."
