Youngster out on loanOur young attacking midfielder Ryan Edwards is currently on a season long loan at Perth Glory, and he has helped his team to fourth position in the A-League after five games played.
Edwards, an attacking player who turns 20 on Sunday, is gaining very good experience with the Glory and has played in all five of their games so far.
In addition, the Glory's profile has been raised by the signing of former Premier League winner William Gallas, who could make his debut this coming weekend.
Ryan was part of the Australia squad at the under 20s World Cup this past summer, and he is managed at the Glory by his father Alistair, as well as playing with his brother Cameron, who was also on Reading's books for the 2011/12 season.
Elsewhere, Jonathan Henly has played twice for Aldershot on loan, while Michael Hector lined up again for Aberdeen at the weekend as they lost to Hearts at home.
Daniel Carrico was on the bench for Sevilla against Slovan Liberec in the Europe League last week, but then played the full 90 in a 3-1 win at Espanol. Mikkel Andersen was on the bench for Randers, while Karl Sheppard's season with Shamrock has come to an end and they are on their off-season.
Nick Arnold is with Wycombe Wanderers and has been on the bench in recent weeks, while Matt Partridge scored but was also sent off for Basingstoke in a recent game.
Young goalkeeper Dan Lincoln has also gained good experience in recent weeks, playing for both Harrow Borough and Met Police.
