Royals manager Nigel Adkins: "It's going to be a competitive game, they've got a young enthusiastic manager and a fan base that's going to get behind the team. We've got to make sure we can physically match their intent." Watch his interview on Reading FC Player.
Millwall boss Steve Lomas: "Reading are a very good side, particularly at home, so we have to go there and give nothing away. We do look as though we have goals in our team, but we have to give ourselves the platform to ask questions of the opposition."
