Update on Saturday's matchManager Nigel Adkins is aiming to name a strong team for Saturday's challenge match against Oman at Madejski Stadium, kick off 3pm.
All of our first team players not on international duty could be in contention, and at this stage a possible senior squad could therefore be: McCarthy, Federici, S Taylor, Morrison, Pearce, Karacan, Akpan, Guthrie, Williams, Drenthe, Le Fondre, Pogrebnyak and Blackman.
Tickets for the game are £5 concessions and £10 adults.
In addition, a number of young players will be given their chance to impress in the squad, and Irish youth international Shane Griffin could play at left back, with Adkins due to pick his team later this week.
The boss is mixing players from our u21s squad into training this week, so the likes of Jordan Obita, Jake Taylor, Lawson D'Ath, Dominic Samuel and Gozie Ugwu also await the manager's call.
Experienced trio Wayne Bridge, Jason Roberts and Mikele Leigertwood are injured so will not be involved. Away on international duty are Kaspars Gorkss, Chris Gunter, Hal Robson-Kanu, Garath McCleary, Shaun Cummings and Jobi McAnuff.
A number of youth players are also away, returning to Berkshire on Friday, including Jake Cooper, Liam Kelly and Sean Long. Niall Keown and Craig Tanner are injured.
The Oman team arrived in Berkshire on Monday evening, and have already trained at Hogwood Park - photos here.
