Defender on final four gamesRight back Chris Gunter says the Royals will be striving to resume their impressive away form at Wigan on Friday, which includes just two defeats on the road in 2014.
Securing a Play-Off place of the Sky Bet Championship is still in Reading's hands, and Gunter is determined that it stays that way up until the final day of the season.
"Despite a hugely disappointing result against Bournemouth, in the last few months we've been really good away from home. We want that to continue," he said.
"We've been there all year and we're certainly not going to give it up. It's up to us to really dig in and make sure that come the last game of the season against Burnley it's still in our hands to seal the place."
Nigel Adkins' men take on the 5th placed Latics at the DW Stadium, and despite the proximity of the FA Cup semi-finalists in the table, Gunter believes this match is no more important than the other three remaining in this campaign.
"We've got four huge games now. No matter who we come up against, we want to win just as much," he added.
"People will say it's a big game but they're all big - it doesn't matter if it's Wigan or anybody else.
"We want to achieve what everyone here wants and we're trying to do that. We're right in the mix, so while there's a chance we're going to give it everything we've got."
