Boss may tinker with his teamSteve Clarke has hinted there could be changes for Sunday's game with Norwich, but he will assess his squad before making a final decision.
With two games in three days, it is almost impossible for players to reach their maximum level in both matches, and the boss will rightly consider his options before selecting his 18-man squad.
He said, "It’s a big ask for the players to play twice in such a short space of time.
"But we’ll assess what we’ve got and starting making decisions towards the Norwich game from there.
"That’s going to be a good game and we look forward to it.
"With this being the second game in only three days, it’s a real example of what the Championship is about and the relentless nature of this league.
"It is also a big test of your squad strength and depth and our opponents have a squad as strong, if not stronger, than most in the SkyBet Championship this season.
"The players will need your full support and we are looking forward to putting on a good performance for our fans."
